Registration data are stored securely within Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity) and Squarespace Forms, both of which operate on GDPR-compliant servers.
Personal data is retained for no longer than 90 days after the event for administrative follow-up.
Anonymised attendance data may be kept for up to 3 years for CPD audit or reporting purposes.
Data obtained for mailing-list subscriptions is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted staff access, and secure password management. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except:
where legally required (e.g. HMRC or regulatory bodies), or
with contracted processors providing essential services (e.g. Squarespace, Google Workspace), all of whom operate under GDPR-compliant agreements.
